The Units

The building is comprised of 54 spacious units that range in size from 1,848 sq ft to 3,721 sq feet.

 

Originally conceived to be flex spaces with three main living areas, some owners have customized their units to suit individual lifestyles and tastes by adding walls or defined rooms. Others have left their units true to the large open area loft design. High concrete ceilings, exposed ducts, loft style kitchens and spa tubs remain features in many units.
